ABOUT WHIRLWINDS TRACK CLUB
Whirlwinds Track Club is a Delaware County based youth track and field and cross country running club for girls and boys ages 8 to 18 (born between 2005 and 2015). Our highly skilled and dedicated coaches are focused on developing youth athletes for local, regional and national competitions in track and field and cross county. These meets are sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and USA Track and Field (USATF). Our focus is to create self-confidence, camaraderie and fun while encouraging participation and competition through a calendar of diverse and exciting events.
Whirlwinds Track Club program is designed to teach athletes sprinting, distance running and field events
properly by providing an experience that is fun, competitive, social, and informative about the sport.
Whirlwinds Track Club is a competitive running club for serious, self-motivated youth runners who want to work hard, have fun and learn about the sports of track and field and cross country. Through their focus and effort, athletes will improve their performances as runners, which will in turn have a positive impact on their participation in other athletic programs. By consistently participating in practices, Whirlwinds athletes will develop the determination and the mental strength to push themselves to achieve their individual performance goals.
